As an individual registered with RealAlmeriaProperty, you have the following rights:

Should you wish to exercise any of these rights, you will need to put your request in writing and submit it to us either via email, [email protected], or via ordinary mail to RealAlmeriaProperty, Parque Comercial Mojácar, local 91, 04638, Mojácar Almería. 

In order for us to be able to process your request as efficiently as possible, we ask you to include certain details in your request.

For requests regarding rectification, restriction and the right to object, you will need to state your name and surname, phone/mobile number and email address so that we can identify you in our systems. You will also need to state which details need to be rectified, or any processing you want to be restricted or to which you object.
